Which chess accounts work?
Any public chess.com or Lichess username. Rising Pawn reads only public games and never asks for your password.
My report or puzzles aren't showing.
Analysis runs on our server and usually takes about a minute. Pull down on Home to refresh. If it still doesn’t show, email us your username.
How do I restore my purchase?
On the paywall tap Restore, or go to Settings > Subscription > Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app > your name > Subscriptions > Rising Pawn, or in the app: Settings > Subscription > Manage subscription.
How do I turn off app locking?
On the Focus tab, switch off “Lock apps until I train”. You can also remove Screen Time access in the iOS Settings app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings > Delete account. This deletes your account and all its data.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit > Add Widget, find Rising Pawn.
